Simple LED access demo

The demo accesses the first IO-Warrior found.

This is the best program for the initial test of a freshly assembled IO-Warrior Starter Kit.
If the LEDs light up then the soldering was successful.
The IO-Warrior 24 only has one LED which is assigned to the fourth LED button from the right.
For the IO-Warrior 56 Starter Kit it iis the leftmost LED button.

The blocking read button is intended for testing the button of the IO-Warrior 40 and 56 Starter Kit.
If the read of the IO pins blocks then the button control stays down until the IO pins change.
Pressing the button on the IO-Warrior should result in data being sent and the read to complete.
Releasing the button on the IO-Warrior generates another change of the IO pins so the next read
should not block because new data is already available.

The demo only handles the first IO-Warrior found.
The "LEDs DLL" demo handles all found IO-Warriors in parallel.
